Refund policy

At Smooshie, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preference, or unwanted items.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the item and packaging may be required so we can review the issue.

If the claim is approved, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
